Shipping & Processing

When your order has been shipped and leaves Caroline Claire Monograms, a tracking number will be emailed to you. From the point that the item(s) are shipped and a tracking number is assigned it is not Caroline Claire Monogram's responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Because we do not have control over the USPS delivery system we will not be held accountable for undelivered packages. We advise all customers to contact their local USPS with the tracking number provided to you.

Caroline Claire Monograms ships to the address that the customer provides on the invoice. If an incorrect address is provided, it will be resent at the cost of the customer, not Caroline Claire Monograms.
